Eyeglass, Hearing Aid, and Cell Phone Collection

Lions Club of Illinois collects gently used eyeglasses, hearing aids, and cell phones, which are refurbished and provided to individuals primarily in Park Ridge, but throughout Illinois, the United States and globally as needed.

Please note:  Only eyeglasses, hearing aids, cell phones and small tablets are accepted at these locations.  No computers, monitors, televisions, stereos or other electronics are permitted.

Vision and Hearing Support Grants

The Park Ridge Lions Club can provide support for residents of Park Ridge Illinois, who are in need of hearing screenings, hearing aid devices, vision screening, glasses and other vision aid support equipment. 

Grant requests must be for an individual currently residing in the City limits of Park Ridge, Illinois.  Grants are limited to one hearing aid or eyeglass purchase every 36 months and are subject to approval from the Lions International Foundation and the availability of funds  through the Lions Club of Park Ridge's annual fundraising campaigns.
